Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. All personal information on this site including that provided during the ordering process undergoes encryption and is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.  If you have further questions about the security of ordering online from the Bigbrandsug site, please feel free to e-mail us at bigbrandsug@gmail.com or info@bigbrandsug.com.

Q. How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen to highlight the cart menu and click the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to Customer information page where you will be required to fill in your email address and shipping address information. You can also subscribe to our newsletter where you will receive bi weekly blogs on the latest digital trends.

Once you have filled in all required information, click the "Continue to shipping method". You will be transferred to the Shipping method page. Shipping within the borders of Uganda is absolutely free! So you can proceed to the Payment method page by clicking the "Continue to payment method". On this page you will view our purchase instructions and billing address. If your billing address is different from the shipping address you filled in the previous Customer address information page, click "Use a different billing address" and fill in accordingly. Otherwise click "Same as shipping address".

Click "Complete Order" to conclude and thats it! You will shortly receive an e-mail from us and SMS confirming your order. You will receive your product(s) within 24 hours. HAPPY SHOPPING!

Q. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
A. To view the contents of your cart, move your mouse to the upper right corner of the website and click the Cart Icon. You will be directed to your "Shopping Cart" menu to view items you have added to your cart. You can add and remove products from your cart as you deem fit.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email from Bigbrandsug with your order number as well as an SMS. You will also get a call from us shortly to confirm your order and payment method.

You can monitor your order as well as suspend or cancel your order by calling us on +256777266111. You will receive your order within 24 hours.

Q. Can I "return" a purchase of an item?
A.  All purchases are final. There are no returns for these items.

Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
A. All orders are shipped from authorised distributors and delivered to your location within 24 hours of the order being placed.
